Program Definition

The French Circus School session(s) include(s) all organised activities, such as circus classes and any other activities conducted during the session. 

Photography

• From time to time, your child may be photographed or videoed while participating in the French Circus School sessions. These images or videos may be shared via social media platforms to showcase what children do, as well as used for promotional purposes on the French Circus School website and marketing materials.
• By participating in the French Circus School Sessions – whether in kinder circus or events, you consent to the use of your child’s image or video for promotional purposes by the French Circus School, including sharing these photos or videos through platforms such as social media.

Participation in the French Circus School Kinder Circus Program

By enrolling your child in our program, you acknowledge and accept that participation involves engaging in various activities. While we prioritise safety and take all reasonable precautions to create a safe and enjoyable experience for kids, occasional minor incidents, such as slips or falls, may occur as part of active participation.

• Limited Liability: The French Circus School is not responsible for any claims arising from or connected with your child’s participation in the program, except where required by law.
• Indemnity: To the extent permitted by law, you agree to support and protect The French Circus School against any claims related to the program.

Health and Safety

Please ensure that you inform the French Circus School team about any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or disorders that may affect your child’s participation in Kinder Circus. Additionally, if necessary, please provide any required medication and an action plan
